用培养24h的粘虫受精卵成功地建立一株粘虫胚胎细胞后,命名为NEAU-Ms-980312,目前已传代201代,该细胞系主要含有圆形和纺锤形两种细胞,在28℃,120h的细胞群体倍增时间为47.82h。该细胞系对粘虫核型多角体病毒有较高的敏感性,用原代病毒以感染复数(m.o.i.)为0.08TCID50/细胞感染细胞,在接毒后10d,病毒感染率和每细胞产生的多角体数量分别是62.10%和33.59PIB。  相似文献

运用RT-PCR和RACE技术克隆了粘虫Mythimna separata(Walker)核糖体蛋白S7基因(RPS7)的全长cDNA序列(GenBank登录号:JN582331),并对其进行生物信息学分析。结果表明,粘虫RPS7全长cDNA序列为762 bp,包括5'非编码区32 bp和3'非编码区67 bp。其开放阅读框(573 bp)编码190氨基酸肽链,具有核糖蛋白S7e蛋白家族典型特征。该肽链理论分子量为21.924 ku,等电点为9.82,富含4种类型的特定功能位点。该蛋白序列与其他动物RPS蛋白序列具有96.8%~98.2%高度同源性。应用荧光实时定量技术建立了粘虫脑部胚后发育RPS7表达模式。RPS7表达量随胚后发育脑部重建呈现出动态变化,这一结果显示RPS7是在转录水平上呈现发育性调节。  相似文献

Eleven furocoumarins from Angelica silvestris and Heracleum sphondylium were tested for their antifeedant activity gainst two insect larvae: Mythimna unipuncta and the Colorado beetle Leptinotarsa decemlineata. Angular furocoumarins show a smaller effect that the corresponding linear homologues. The following order of activity is observed for substituents:
4-Methoxybenzofuran, a synthetic analogue shows also medium activity. But the most active component is a sesquiterpene: the known bisabolangelone.  相似文献

We investigated the effect of prohydrojasmon [propyl (1RS,2RS)‐(3‐oxo‐ 2‐pentylcyclopentyl) acetate] (PDJ) treatment of intact corn plants, on their attractiveness to the specialist endoparasitoid, Cotesia kariyai Watanabe (Hymenoptera: Braconidae), and on the performance of the common armyworm, Mythimna separata (Walker) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) under laboratory conditions. Attractiveness of C. kariyai to PDJ‐treated plants was studied in a wind tunnel, whereas performance of M. separata larvae was tested in plastic cages. The attractiveness of the treated plants increased with concentrations of PDJ increasing to 2 mm , which was equivalent to the attractiveness of host‐infested plants. PDJ‐treated corn plants emitted 16 volatile compounds (α‐pinene, β‐myrcene, (Z)‐3‐hexenyl acetate, limonene, (E)‐β‐ocimene, linalool, (E)‐4,8‐dimethyl‐1,3,7‐nonatriene, (+)‐cyclosativene, ylangene, (E)‐β‐farnesene, (E, E)‐4,8,12‐trimethyl‐1,3,7,11‐tridecatetraene, α‐bergamotene, γ‐cadinene, δ‐cadinene, α‐muulolene and nerolidol), most of which were observed in the headspace of host‐infested corn plants with some quantitative and qualitative differences. We also tested the effects of PDJ treatment on the performance of M. separata larvae. The survival rates of the larval and pupal stages were significantly lower at 2 mm level of PDJ. A significant decrease in weight at 6th stadium larvae was observed only at 2 mm level of PDJ. In contrast, PDJ treatment at all PDJ concentration levels caused significant reduction in weight of pupal stage as compared to control. These data suggested that PDJ, originally developed as a plant growth regulator, especially to induce coloring of fruits, has the potential to induce direct and indirect defenses in corn plants against common armyworm, M. separata.  相似文献

The soil/air partition coefficients (K SA ) for hexachlorobenzene (HCB) in oil-contaminated (crude oil and diesel) rice paddy field soils were measured in a solid fugacity meter at different oil concentrations over the temperature range of 5 to 30°C at 100% relative humidity. The results showed that values of K SA increased with a decrease of temperature. As for oil content, there is a critical separate phase concentration (CSPC) above which K SA increased with increasing of oil content. When oil content is above CSPC, oil plays a role as a separate phase that enhances the sorption capacity of the soil. At a given temperature (20°C) values of CSPC depended on the natural organic matter (NOM) contents of the soil, while for a given oil concentration they depended on the temperature. The normalized oil/air partition coefficients ) for HCB deduced from K SA for oils and experimentally determined with crude oil/quartz sand system were similar and 0.7–7 times higher than the normalized organic/air partition coefficient ), which implied that oil was a super sorbent. The enthalpies (ΔHSA) for crude oil and diesel were 64.9 and 55.7 kJ mol?1, respectively.  相似文献

【目的】为明确中红侧沟茧蜂Microplitis mediator(Haliday)寄生对粘虫Mythimna separata(Walker)幼虫取食和发育的影响及评价其田间应用价值。【方法】比较研究了中红侧沟茧蜂寄生不同日龄粘虫对粘虫幼虫取食量和发育的影响。【结果】被寄生的粘虫4、6、8日龄幼虫与未被寄生的同龄期幼虫取食量差异达极显著水平。被寄生的4、6、8日龄粘虫幼虫间的取食量差异不显著。被寄生的幼虫,5 d前体重缓慢上升,之后缓慢下降,所有被寄生的幼虫均不能化蛹。4、6、8日龄粘虫幼虫被寄生后,中红侧沟茧蜂幼虫在其体内的发育历期不同,不同日龄间差异显著,随着日龄的增大显著缩短。【结论】表明该蜂不仅能有效地控制粘虫当代危害,而且在很大程度上能够抑制粘虫的种群数量。  相似文献

Abstract The flight capacity and contents of energy substances in the moths of migratory Oriental armyworm, Mythimna separata (Walker)dosed with juvenile hormone analogue methoprene(JHM) were compared with the normal moth through day‐1 to day‐6 after the treatment. The flight capacity of JHM‐treated moths, as determined by a 12‐hours tethered‐flight test, was significantly lower than that of the controls, although it might differ with their age and sex. The moth's flight capacity between the treatments was insignificantly different from the first to 3rd day after the treatment but was significantly different from the 4th to 6th day either in the mean flight duration or in distance. Evaluation of the long fliers at the same stages between the treatments also supported this finding. Flight capacity of the JHM‐treated moths also differed with the sex. The JHM‐treated female did not fly less than the control from day‐1 to day‐3, but did significantly less from day‐4 to day‐6 after the treatment. The flight capacity of the JHM‐treated males, however, was not weaker than that of the control throughout the test period. Comparison of the levels of energy substances in the JHM‐treated adults and the controls showed that JHM may directly acted on metabolism of glyceride, which in turn affected flight capacity. Furthermore, higher levels of glyceride in the treated male adults raised their flight capacity to a stronger levels than the control in most of the days of tethered‐flight test period. Contents of glycogen, however, were insignificantly affected by JHM in both male and female adults. In might therefore be concluded that levels of JH is a critical factor regulationg migratory behavior in the army worm moth. In addition to affect metabolism of glyceride, other possible physiological roles that JH played in determining migrattory behavior are also discussed.  相似文献

系统比较了田间粘虫Mythimnaseparata (Walker)迁出与迁入种群在飞行能力、 飞行肌干重、卵巢发育、交配以及保幼激素滴度等指标的差异。结果显示,迁出种群的飞行潜 力显著强于迁入种群,雌蛾中胸背纵肌平均干重(6.53 mg)也显著高于迁入种群(5.92 mg ),但卵巢发育程度显著低于迁入种群;迁出种群的交配率和平均交配次数均显著低于迁入种 群;早期迁入的雌蛾卵巢发育级别和交配率相对较低,并随迁入时间的延长而增加。迁出与迁入 种群雌蛾的保幼激素滴度也存在显著差异,两者的JHⅡ滴度平均分别为4.63 ng/mg和8.69 ng/mg。这些结果说明,粘虫迁飞前后的行为、生理和生殖特性具有明显的变化,迁出种群具有较强的飞行潜力,生殖系统的发育受到暂时性抑制;而迁入种群飞行能力下降,卵巢发育级别 较高,交配率增加。同一世代早期迁入的雌蛾卵巢发育程度较低,表明粘虫迁飞是发生在成虫 发育的初期,迁飞过程中卵巢发育受到暂时性抑制,迁入以后便迅速发育并开始繁殖。粘虫迁 飞的行为和生理特性与“卵子发生 飞行拮抗综合症候(oogenesisi flight syndrome)”相符 。内分泌激素(保幼激素)在其迁飞与生殖的转换过程中起着重要的调控作用。  相似文献

Nocturnal behaviour of Mythimna convecta (Walker) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) virgin females was studied in the laboratory under 20 °C and 16:8 LD conditions. The periodicity of activity, feeding, calling, pre-oviposition extrusion and oviposition varied with female age and hour of the scotophase. Females called for the first time between the 2nd and 11th scotophases with the peak in the 4th scotophase. Maximum calling occurred on the 7th hour of the scotophase. Young moths called more frequently with shorter bouts while old moths called less often but with longer bouts. In the presence of older females, moths spent significantly more time in pre-oviposition extrusion and resting and less in activity and feeding than they did when only females of the same age or younger were present. There were no significant differences for calling suggesting that pheromones of older calling females did not affect calling of younger females.  相似文献

【目的】明确雷公藤Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f.生物碱对粘虫Mythimna separata (Walker)神经系统的影响,为阐明其杀虫作用机制提供依据。【方法】采用载毒叶片法测定粘虫5龄幼虫经雷公藤总生物碱处理后体内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)、Na+, K+-ATPase、Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)等重要神经系统酶活性及乙酰胆碱(ACh)、谷氨酸(Glu)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)等神经递质的含量。【结果】雷公藤总生物碱处理对粘虫5龄幼虫AChE无明显影响,麻醉期处理粘虫幼虫体内ACh相对含量与同期对照无显著差异。处理粘虫幼虫在轻度麻醉期、深度麻醉期和复苏期体内GABA和Glu含量显著升高,GABA含量分别升高了89.86%, 49.28%和20.29%,Glu含量分别升高了24.55%, 23.33%和8.13%。处理粘虫幼虫GPT活性明显受到抑制,而GAD活性无明显变化。处理明显抑制粘虫幼虫头部Na+, K+-ATPase和Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase活性,但对中肠两种ATPase活性影响不大。【结论】研究结果有助于了解雷公藤生物碱对昆虫神经系统的影响,也为进一步阐明其作用靶标奠定了基础。  相似文献
